Every year, March 15 celebrated as World Consumer Rights Day. Its main purpose was to make consumers aware of their needs and rights.

History of this day.

In 15th March,1992 the then President of the United States, John F. Kennedy, argued on the issue of consumer dignity and rights. Kennedy therefore demanded that the consumer not be deprived of their rights. Exactly 21 years later, a world-class symposium has been held on this day every year since 1933.

Reason for celebration.

It is an annual event that brings the international consumer movement together in celebration and solidarity. Every year on March 15th, the consumer movement commemorates World Consumer Rights Day to raise global awareness about consumer rights and needs.

Theme for World Consumer Rights Day 2022.

As every year, in 2022, the day celebrated with a special theme. The theme for 2022 is “Finish Neutral Digital.” .
