In Chandogyo Upanishad, it is written about ‘OM’  that ‘O Ityetat Akshara’ means a word that has no destruction, that can never be destroyed. That is why ‘OM’  is called the sound of creation.

  • Chant this mantra sitting on the floor.

  • After chanting this mantra you should remain calm for some time. The sound should be centered on your breath.
  • A regular place should be fixed for chanting the ‘OM’  mantra and the mantra should be chanted at that place every day.
