Having beautiful thick hair on the head is important for maintaining happiness and self-confidence. But in today’s generation, a huge part of the population is facing problems like thinning hair, fall, dryness, split ends, dandruff and baldness.

  • Mehendi – Mehendi acts as a conditioner for our hair. If your hair is dry and lifeless, then you should use henna, it will make your hair thick and soft. First mix the henna in a vessel. Then leave it to swell for 2,3 hours. Then before applying it to the hair, mix one egg and one spoon of lemon juice and apply it on the hair. Then after 2 hours wash it with cold water.
  • Yogurt and Egg – Whenever we go out, along with us, our hair also has to face the sun and pollution. Due to which our hair becomes weak and lifeless. In such a situation, if we use curd and egg mixed on our hair, then our hair will be strong and the quantity will also increase.
  • Oil massage – Oil is very beneficial for our hair. We should massage our hair at least twice a week with a good oil like mustard oil, coconut. This reduces hair fall and makes your hair thick and strong.
  • Aloe vera gel – As soon as we step out, we have to face the sun, dust and pollution, and for a long time we leave the hair exposed in the dust, soil, sunlight, due to which the hair of our head starts looking dry and lifeless. So get rid of the problem. To get it, you use aloe vera gel. Massage the hair with aloe vera gel at least twice a week, and leave it for a few hours, after that wash the hair with lukewarm water. After massaging, leave it like this for two hours and then with lukewarm water. Wash off. Just keep doing this regularly, soon you will feel the growth and strength in your hair.
  • Amla, Ritha, Sikakai – You can use Amla, Ritha, Sikakai to make the hair dark, thick and soft. First soak Ritha and Sikakai in water overnight and leave it. Leave the gooseberry separately to swell in water. Then mix the mixture of ritha and sikakai well in water. Then apply the water containing that mixture well in the roots of the hair. After about 1 hour wash the hair with clean water. After that wash with amla. Keep in mind that Amla should never be mixed with Ritha and Sikakai, it causes damage to the hair.
  • Baking soda – To make hair look thicker, wash hair with baking soda instead of shampoo. Wash your hair by mixing about 4 tbsp of baking soda and 3/4 of the water.
  • Fenugreek – Dandruff is often the reason for hair breakage. So it is important to get rid of dandruff first, for which consider fenugreek as the best tips. Apart from anti-dandruff shampoo, you can also remove dandruff from your scalp with fenugreek. Leave the fenugreek to bloom overnight, then grind it well in the morning. Add some coconut oil and lemon juice to it. And then apply this mixture on the root of your hair. Wash off with water after an hour. This will get rid of dandruff and hair will also start becoming thick and soft.
  • Healthy diet – Due to the effect of dust and pollution, the hair of the head becomes dry and lifeless. Sometimes we get so busy in our schedule that we do not take care of our proper diet at all. And due to lack of food and drink, the hair which is on the head also starts falling. Therefore, you should always include foods like amla, carrots, oats, spinach, lettuce, sprouted grains, fish, soybeans in the diet, especially for the healthy and essential vitamins, minerals, proteins, etc.
  • Stress – Many times mental stress is responsible for the deteriorating health of the hair, so be more and more stress free and happy, it will benefit your hair overall.
