Statue of Equality is also known as the Ramanuja Statue in the honor of Saint Ramanujacharya. He was the forerunner of the Bhakti movement in the country in the 11th century . It can be found at the Chinna Jeeyar Trust in Muchintal, Hyderabad, Telengana.
On 05.02.2022 Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the ‘Statue of Equality’ at Shamsabad in Telangana on the occasion of the 1000th birth anniversary of Saint Ramanujacharya. Ramanuja is a symbol of wisdom and knowledge. The guidance of the ancient saints of India, like him, will always illuminate the people of the country . It was named Statue of Equality by the trust.
Details about Statue of Equality
With a height of 216 feet, the Statue of Equality is built on five metals, including gold, silver, copper, brass and zinc. It is the the world’s tallest metal statue and built on about 45 acres. The status costs about Rs 1,600 crore. It is built on a 57-foot-tall foundation, named “Bhadra Bedi”. “Bhadra Bedi” named after Ramanujacharya, who worked on equality in all spheres of life except for race and class.
Construction began in 2016. The statue’s premises include a Vedic digital library, a research center, an ancient Indian scripture, and an educational gallery. It contains the details of Ramanuja Acharya’s work. The statue will be displayed in 3D technology. In the evening, the unique beauty of the light will attract tourists and devotees.
स्टैच्यू ऑफ इक्वलिटी
11वीं शताब्दी में देश में भक्ति आंदोलन के अग्रदूत संत रामानुजाचार्य के सम्मान में स्टैच्यू ऑफ इक्वलिटी को रामानुज स्टैच्यू के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। यह मुचिन्तल, हैदराबाद, तेलंगाना में चिन्ना जीयर ट्रस्ट में पाया जा सकता है।
05.02.2022 को प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने संत रामानुजाचार्य की 1000 वीं जयंती के अवसर पर तेलंगाना के शम्साबाद में ‘समानता की प्रतिमा’ का अनावरण किया। रामानुज जैसे संत ज्ञान और ज्ञान के प्रतीक हैं। उनके जैसे भारत के प्राचीन संतों का मार्गदर्शन देश की जनता को सदैव आलोकित करता रहेगा। ट्रस्ट ने इसे स्टैच्यू ऑफ इक्वेलिटी का नाम दिया था।
216 फीट की ऊंचाई के साथ, स्टैच्यू ऑफ इक्वेलिटी सोना, चांदी, तांबा, पीतल और जस्ता सहित पांच धातुओं पर बनी है, जबकि दुनिया की सबसे ऊंची धातु की मूर्ति लगभग 45 एकड़ में बनी है, जिसकी लागत लगभग 1,600 करोड़ रुपये है। यह 57 फुट लंबी नींव पर बनाया गया है, जिसका नाम “भद्र बेदी” है, जिसका नाम रामानुजाचार्य के नाम पर रखा गया है, जिन्होंने जाति और वर्ग को छोड़कर जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में समानता पर काम किया।
निर्माण 2016 में शुरू हुआ। प्रतिमा के परिसर में एक वैदिक डिजिटल पुस्तकालय, एक शोध केंद्र, एक प्राचीन भारतीय ग्रंथ और एक शैक्षिक गैलरी शामिल है। इसमें रामानुज आचार्य के कार्यों का विवरण है। प्रतिमा को 3डी तकनीक में प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। शाम के समय रौशनी का अनुपम सौन्दर्य पर्यटकों और भक्तों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करेगा।
