SNA-SPARSH represents an initiative aimed at realizing the objective of “just-in-time” fund disbursement from both the Central and State Consolidated Funds. This is facilitated through a cohesive network that includes the State Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS), the Public Financial Management System (PFMS), and the Reserve Bank of India’s e-Kuber platform. The initiative is designed to empower stakeholders, including Central Ministries, Departments, and State Governments, to effectively oversee the allocation of central funds.
