Reason for build up excess ice in freeze.
- Improper place of sensor of thermostat inside the freezer. A sensor of thermostat is placed inside the freezer responsible for automatic adjustment of temperature.
- Not adjustment of Freezer regulator or nub as per the season. There is a freezer regulator you should adjust the freezer as per summer, winter and rainy season.
How to remove excess ice in freeze?
- Place the sensor of thermostat in correct place inside the freezer.
- First down the Freezer regulator or nub.
- Press the defrost button and all the ice will break within 2-3 hours.
- If want to remove ice quickly then spray some hot water over ice and all the ice will break within 5-10 minutes.
- Do not use any knife, screw driver, spoon and other hard thing that may damage the wall of the freezer.
