MPBP Committee – Master Plan & Building Permission Committee
The MP & BP Committee serves as a body that the Municipal Engineer may consult to evaluate documents submitted for the approval of building plans and layouts. This committee is also known as the DP & BP Committee.
This shall apply to the development and building activities carried out in the
area falling in the Master Plan areas under the various Planning Authorities including
Special Planning Authorities.
