The Minimum rate of wages for unskilled, semi skilled, skilled and highly skilled categories of employees is effectived from April 1, 2026, the government of Odisha has raised the daily minimum wages for workers by Rs 10, resulting in new rates of Rs 472 for Unskilled labour, Rs 522 for Semi-skilled labour, Rs 572 for Skilled labour, and Rs 622 for Highly Skilled labour. This increase, which was revealed on Labour Day, pertains to a range of scheduled employments such as construction, agriculture, and manufacturing.
- Unskilled – Rs. 472.00
- Semi- Skilled – Rs. 522.00
- Skilled – Rs. 572.00
- Highly Skilled – Rs. 622.00
